Information you voluntarily share about your health (e.g. fertility diagnosis) in consultation forms constitutes special category data under GDPR Article 9. This data is:
- Processed solely for the purpose of providing fertility consultation services
- Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing
- Stored securely and accessible only by authorised clinical staff
- Retained according to Turkish healthcare regulations (minimum 5 years for medical records)
