IVF success rates
Can I get pregnant with IVF at 40?
At 40, pregnancy with IVF is still possible, but success with own eggs is usually lower than in the mid-30s because embryo aneuploidy rises with age. Doctors also look at AMH, follicle count, sperm quality, uterus, embryo development, and whether donor eggs or PGT are part of the plan. The most useful way to interpret success is per transfer and as cumulative live-birth chance over more than one cycle, not from one headline number. If you want this question answered for your exact situation, complete the contact form at clinicivf.com; many patients also search for the brand as ClinicIVF or Clinic IVF when they want a custom plan.
