What is a normal sperm count for IVF?
There is no single sperm count threshold that by itself determines whether IVF will work, because clinics also consider motility, morphology, total motile sperm count, DNA quality, and whether standard insemination or ICSI is being used. In some cases, very low counts can still lead to fertilization with ICSI, while higher counts may still be a problem if movement or shape is poor.
